REFERRALS

We accept referrals for MSK injuries, concussion and general sport medicine from physicians, athletic therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. Please see our SERVICES page for more details. We do accept AHS, WCB & MVA. Out of country patients can bee seen on a case by case basis and there will be a up front charge.

We strive to see urgent referrals within two weeks. WE ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR ROUTINE REFERRALS. We do not keep a cancellation/short notice list.

We no longer have a form to complete for referrals. Please send a referral letter to our fax at 587-387-7006. We do not require copies of in-province imaging as we will obtain from Netcare.

EMS, fire & law enforcement are always urgent. We also see in-season athletes, fractures, pediatrics with a swollen knee, and athletes from our affiliated teams urgently. In addition, we will triage our referrals and may change their status based on our evaluation.
